NexusOps Terms of Service
Last updated: June 15, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NexusOps, a private operations-management application for Civil Air Patrol (CAP) wings. By signing in, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and access
NexusOps is restricted to current CAP members and to individuals explicitly invited by an administrator (guest accounts). Access is granted for official CAP purposes only and may be modified or revoked at any time. You may not access NexusOps unless you are authorized to do so.
Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and authentication factors and for all activity under your account. Do not share your account or let others use it. Notify an administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. Keep multi-factor authentication enabled where required.
Acceptable use
- Use NexusOps only for legitimate CAP operations and in accordance with CAP regulations and applicable law.
- Do not attempt to access data, accounts, or systems you are not authorized to use, or to disrupt, probe, or circumvent the application's security.
- Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or information you are not permitted to share.
- Handle member and operational data as sensitive; access and disclose it only as your role and duties require.
Information you submit
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for having the right to submit any files you upload. Records created in NexusOps may be retained as part of CAP's official records.
Service availability
NexusOps is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and perform maintenance, at any time. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexusOps and its operators disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the application. NexusOps supports CAP operations but does not replace official CAP systems of record or required procedures.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms, who is no longer authorized, or as needed to protect the application and its users.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
